One CT-e, one responsible party
The service is a single one from end to end. No second carrier issuing a document over the same freight.
Departing on our own trucks from inland Sergipe, with no middleman at origin — and, on full truckload, without handing your freight to another carrier along the way.
MAC operates out of Lagarto, Sergipe. That means departing on our own trucks from inside the region — not an office that books the freight and passes it to a local carrier you will never meet.
For a manufacturer based in the interior of Brazil's Northeast, the difference shows up at pickup: the trailer doesn't have to come from another state to start the trip, and the loading date isn't hostage to a third party's availability.
We serve all 27 states. On full truckload, coverage doesn't depend on us having a terminal at the destination: the trailer that loads at your plant is the one that unloads at the final customer.
National coverage does not mean every destination has the same frequency. These are the routes our fleet runs regularly, departing from Lagarto, Sergipe:
Running a corridor frequently changes what a carrier can offer on it: more departure windows, more predictable transit times and better use of the return leg — which usually shows up in the price. If your destination is one of these, mention the route when you ask for a quote.
And on full truckload there is no reconsignment. Your freight isn't handed to another carrier on arrival in a distant region — which is where traceability usually gets lost and responsibility becomes diffuse. On LTL the operation is different, with consolidation along the way, and the available route depends on volume and destination.
The service is a single one from end to end. No second carrier issuing a document over the same freight.
Monitoring follows the same vehicle the whole way instead of disappearing between one carrier and the next.
With no wait for consolidation and no hand-off, the trip is a function of distance — not of a partner’s schedule.
We serve all 27 states. The quote always considers the specific route: distance, access conditions at origin and destination and the chance of a return load all influence full truckload pricing.
On full truckload, no: the vehicle that collects is the one that delivers, which keeps one responsible party, one CT-e and continuous tracking end to end. On LTL there is consolidation, but the operation is still ours.
Yes, depending on the route and fleet availability. With the base in Lagarto-SE, pickups across the Northeast are the easiest to fit; for more distant origins, send the details and we assess case by case.
It depends on the route and on the pickup and delivery windows. What we can promise is that the transit time does not include waiting to fill the vehicle with third-party freight, nor time parked at a transfer terminal.
Tell us the origin and destination. If it is a route we run, we quote right away; if it is not, we say so instead of accepting and quietly subcontracting it.
